About OUR FAMILY

I've always been an avid traveler. I have been to 70 different countries, as well as all 50 states in the US. I have lived in the United States, England, and Switzerland. 

Having young kids did not slow my travels. My kids were two and change when they were ready to explore the world with me. They too picked up the travel bug. When my son was 4-years old, he told me that he wanted to go to an island. He further clarified it should be a "coconut island." My daughter was also game for "coconut islands". Since then, they have been to 24 countries and counting.

Fantastic Family Trips is our way to share itineraries, ideas, and inspiration for world travel engaging for kids and adults. Because traveling with kids can be an adventure in itself.
